Demetris Ioannides – FCCA, CTA, FCMI, STEP - Chairman and Managing Partner of Meritservus Group
Demetris Ioannides started his career with Deloitte London; he set up and chaired Deloitte Cyprus until 2005. During his Deloitte tenure, he received various leadership awards and has established an impressive, broad clientele that helped shape the current stature of the financial and shipping industries in Cyprus.
Panos Ioannides – ACCA, BSc - Director
Panos is a Director in DI Ross. He is ACCA qualified and holds a BSc from Yale University where he double majored in Economics and Mathematics. Panos joined the group in 2007 and he specializes in tax and commercial services.
Joanna Elia – MSc - Associate Director
Joanna joined Deloitte Cyprus in 1996 and then transitioned as a manager of DI Ross in 2005 following the successful management buyout of Meritservus, a previous subsidiary of Deloitte, Cyprus. She has a MSc in Accounting and Economics from Lodz University, Poland. Joanna is Associate Director of Accounting Services and she specializes in advising multinational clients, across a diverse array of industries.
Demos Demosthenous – ACA, MSc, BA - Associate Director
Demos is an Associate Director of accounting services. He is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK and a BA in Economics from Manchester University, UK. Demos spent most of his professional career in managerial and directorship positions in the audit profession and also worked as an associate lecturer in professional studies courses for ACCA and ACA qualifications. He has extensive experience in the application and treatment of International Financial Reporting Standards.
Evangelia Georgiou – FCCA, Manager
Evangelia is a Manager specializing in the review and/or the preparation of complex group financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards . She is ACCA qualified and joined DI Ross in 2006 having been in the audit and accounting profession since 2001. Evangelia specialises in dealing with large international conglomerates.
